This project was special in the degree that all 140 photographs were taken by myself visiting the villa end of May through June 2005, as well as following web work and archiving. The goal was to have a private online gallery to refer guests to when this property was being rented, as well as have an attractive visual reference for links from magazine features such as Elle and Hermés. A simple, clean and elegant gallery was needed to compliment the type of clientele Maison Noureev attracts. The thumbnails load within the same page, and change color when hovered over. Magazine articles also open up in new windows to showcase the press on the property.

Another site I created for Jeskid; this site won the movies.com moviesite award for Best Director's site 2005! This is a high bandwidth site that demanded a very updatable video archive, simple navigation and kitschy design. I collaborated with another artist on the logo, and the other graphics I handmade. Jesse was very pleased by the site, and it was completed under a rough deadline of a single week.
Shades of Gray is a filmsite including a interface hand designed photographically from real objects. This creative approach was essential to making Shades of Gray a fun site fans will take the time to browse. Compatible in both pc and mac browsers, the site also features custom artwork, customized phpbb forum, flash sound effects and multiple multimedia downloads. I urge you to check out this upcoming filmmaker!
When I first researched the typical band website, I admit I was appalled. Not only were the majority slow, poorly rendered flash sites with bad navigation, but there was no easy way to get the information fans sought after. Trocadero, an upcoming Boston band to the spotlight, came to me with the same concerns. The site has a simple eye candy feature that loads quickly, is browser compatible, and illustrates the sound of this unique band. Combined with incredibly simple navigation and Quicktime sound clips that play right into the browser, Trocadero.net became streamlined for fast download and rockstar worthy browsing.
The greatest challenge of a bilingual site is smooth navigation. Seamless transitions and simplified menus are what makes www.lune.net work. A language smart re-direct helps ease into the main page of the site by providing direct tunneling to either an English or French index based on user preference. The greatest concern for this site was to emphasize the fluid transparency and ease of the services offered. The only color on the site is the bilingual American and French flags and a small bit of orange for focus.
